Injection Molding Manufacturing Operator

The Role
We are looking for a Manufacturing Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for inspecting produced parts, identifying cosmetic defects during the production process, and ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect parts during production to verify compliance with customer cosmetic and quality specifications.
- Document required information for each operation and ensures machines are running properly.
- Report irregularities in machines or processes to supervisors or setup personnel.
- Support production by distributing materials, cleaning work areas, and assisting with packaging operations.
- Perform secondary operations such as printing, sealing, and pre-assembly as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience is not required but preferred in manufacturing, production, or injection molding.
Competencies
- Ability to follow instructions and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements
The role requires sitting for extended periods, frequent bending, lifting, and moving of product bags and carts within the facility. Visual acuity is essential for inspecting small parts for cosmetic defects, and use of magnification tools may be required. Work is performed in a controlled manufacturing environment.
The position will be on-site full-time. Must be available to work in the plant regularly to properly oversee projects and issues.
