Techno Plastics Industries, Inc. is committed to the responsible sourcing of materials throughout the supply chain and to comply with the rules and regulations of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010; commonly known as “conflict minerals”.
We support the humanitarian goal of ending violent conflict in the DRC and surrounding countries as part of our social responsibility.
We encourage raw material suppliers to disclose whether the products they manufacture or contract to manufacture for Techno Plastics Industries, Inc. contain “conflict minerals” that are “necessary to the functionality or production” of those products.
